JOB TITLE: Deputy Manager
JOB SUMMARY: Position is internal IT for managing SAP solution and allied practice management systems
Responsible for CS-SD SAP module & SAP India taxation. Rollout Projects, Level 2 & Level 3 Support, Change request handling & data migration of new project.
JOB RELATIONSHIPS:
Position reports to: Head- Enterprise Applications
Workers supervised: SAP SD Service Agents / consultant
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will be required to work for SAP rollout projects & for providing Level one & Level 2 support for his/her module.
Act as an internal consultant during SAP rollout projects work closely with end users, power users & implementation team for configuring, testing Deloitte specific process & managing data migrations for his/her module.
Complete Application Management for his/her module at site/off site where deputed
Analyse of symptoms, define the problem and provide the solution
Continuous interaction with the internal and external partners during the entire solution lifecycle to achieve continuous improvements of solutions and problem management based on an agreed process.
Deliver Solutions according to SLA & OLAs.
Conduct end user trainings and Internal know how transfer.
Coordinate with other consultants across module and with global team i.e. Level 3 team.
Coordinate with SAP i.e. Level 4
Handle SD/CS module data migration & verfications
Provide functional inputs and logic to the Developer Team for ABAP Programs.
Test ABAP programs from a functional perspective.
Update Documents on Changes done duirng configuration/Development.
Assist Accounts Team in reconciliation as and when the need arises.
Responsible for Generating service reports
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Experience:
Total 8 years relevant experience in IT with 5 years of relevant ERP experience, in which 2-3 years of experience in SAP Implementation, Merger & Acquisition, Carve outs. Data migration should be able to reconcile SAP data. Person should be well versed with SAP production support process, good understanding of end user experiences & expectations
Strong knowledge in India taxation & SAP CIN version. Service tax, VAT, GST
Knowledge of MM-CS integration
Have worked as Consultant in at least 2-3 full life cycles or SAP rollout projects working on CS / SD module or in SAP support projects.
Have worked in SAP Application Management
Engineer /MBA/
Certification in SAP in CS or SD is preferred
Knowledge:
Familiarity with ITIL processes will be an added advantage
Expert in MS Office XP, Outlook 2003 & related applications..
Good accounting skills.
