CL5 – USI Practice Office IT Infrastructure – Manager (Strategy and Operations) – Deloitte ITS – T&I (Technology & Infrastructure)

Position Summary
We are looking for talented practitioners with exceptional problem-solving skills to join Deloitte ITS -T&I PMO/Strategy, Innovation, and Communication team. Work you will do
As a tenured Career Level 5 in Deloitte ITS – T&I, you will work in a fast-paced environment that exposes you to diverse project experiences. You will also assist leadership in designing and implementing strategic initiatives that across T&I.
You will have the opportunity to exercise both left brain and right brain thinking with the chance to analyze complex problems, come up with innovative solutions and articulate your findings effectively. You will work independently and collaboratively with a team.
In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate intellectual curiosity, cross-location collaboration, drive and ownership, empathy, integrity, and candor.
This is a high visibility role that will provide exposure to senior firm leadership through a range of strategy projects including business unit growth strategy, industry growth strategy, strategic planning, business model analysis and operating model design.
Key job responsibilities:
Strategy and Business Analysis
Supports Business leadership in understanding trends, partnering with stakeholders to deliver insights, reporting, and recommendations.
Developing and applying analytical frameworks and principles to investigate business issues, identify solutions as well as manage the implementation of actions.
Research and analyze emerging business and operating models, support processes and perform data analysis to identify pain points and opportunities for operational improvements.
Work with key stakeholder groups to gain buy-in on analysis conclusions and recommendations
Develop a process control plan, including identifying and benchmarking key metrics used to guide operational activities.
Program Management
Provides hands on management and delivery of multiple projects across strategic programs to meet technology and business requirements on time and within budget.
Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copy and electronic files, planning and coordinating annual corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities
Create data reporting processes and develop executive reports, turning data into insights that can be easily understood and actioned
You will be challenged to develop and lead new, innovative analyses which may include dataset manipulation and transformation, piloting of cutting-edge analytical techniques, and transformation of static reporting into dynamic visualizations.
Applies the key concepts of logical structuring to create presentations and other business communications that resonate with and influence the business.
Responsible for providing and maintaining accurate and timely project/program information in all program and project plans, communications, status reporting, MS Team, and SharePoint sites.
Organizational Change Management and Communications
Design and execution of Transformation activities, which includes, stakeholder engagement, change management, training, communications, organization design and governance, and culture solutions that enable T&I to meet and exceed its goals.
Building comprehensive communications strategies, engagement initiatives, and execution plans aligned to key priorities grounded in communications best practices and a deep understanding of how the business operates
Translate business needs into associated technical requirements, and understand solutions that will incorporate these requirements
Develop internal communications, talking points, and social content to inspire professionals both in the US and US India, increase engagement, and accelerate the adoption curve of initiatives.
Owning enterprise-wide distribution plans that leverage multiple communications channels to share consistent messaging that informs and engages professionals
Apply proprietary tools, technology, and software to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change
