Job Description
1)Liaise with clients to understand role requirements in order to source the most suitable candidates.
2) Source,Screen and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
3)Screen and interview candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates to clients.

4)Working on Java, Full Stack, Dot Net, Frontend Developer, Backend Developer, React , Node JS etc .
5)Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments

6)Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals

7)Build a candidate CRM to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified candidates – ensuring candidate data is kept updated.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
