Overview:
Internal Mobility (IM) is part of the Talent sourcing function. The team’s global mandate is to facilitate cross-divisional career mobility while establishing and supporting the infrastructure and cultural awareness required supporting both cross-divisional and inter-divisional mobility. The team specifically focuses on mobility and redeployment.
This role is within the India IM team. The core focus of the role is to drive mobility across the region with specific business and project responsibilities.
