Responsibilities and Duties
Customer handling experience
Technical Troubleshooting experience
Good Networking skills
Must have knowledge of Network equipment configuration and maintenance
Troubleshoot network issues of enterprise customers
Willing to work in 24*7 Support
Good communication (written & verbal) skills Job
*Valid CCNA/CCNP Global Certification will be preferred.
Graduate in any stream will be preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
