We are looking for qualified and experienced candidates who can join immediately/next academic year 2022-23 for the following posts at Dheeraj International School, Pune

IT Coordinator

Qualifications: Bachelor’s /Masters degree in Computer Science

Timings: 7.45 A.M to 4.30 PM(Monday to Saturday)

Salary: ₹20,000.00 to ₹30,000.00 /month

Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in a reputed School

Candidate should have:

i. Good Relevant Experience.

ii. Good command over English language .

iii. Good communication skills.

iv. Should be tech Savvy and proficient in online learning and communication platforms.

v. Candidates should have taken both the doses of covid vaccination

Responsibilities and Duties

1) Provides support on the e-learning content and hardware used for training in schools.

2) Creating resources for digital and social marketing.

3) Updating schools websites and other schools accounts on various social media platforms.

4) Assisting in technical department for Marketing programs of the school .

5) Responsible for operating and maintaining e-learning hardware and, updating and operating e-learning application.

6) Basic hardware maintenance.

7) The individual also assists teachers and students in operating the e-learning applications.

8) Operating different equipments used in training delivery such as interactive white board, computer desktop or laptop, printer, projector, speakers, video camera, UPS etc in various classrooms and school campus

9) Assisting in installation of hardware in the classrooms/school along with the installation equipment technicians

10) Installing equipment at the correct place for enabling efficient teaching .

11) Carry or store operation manuals, identification details of equipment such as serial numbers, warranty details, repair complaint procedure during installation .

12) Operating and demonstrate all the e-learning related equipment.

13) Assisting teachers and students in hardware operation during training session .

14) Training students and teachers on use of interactive white board ,software applications like google classroom and other such applications and devices, biometric attendance etc .

15) Assisting teachers in using e-content for teaching in the class .

16) Resolve queries in coordination with technicians in machine operation, maintain the equipment , run antivirus and other relevant protective applications as scheduled

17) Manage computing and display systems and check for malfunction of software and hardware as scheduled or required update latest versions of related software and antivirus software installed in coordination with the technician

18) . Understands the hardware/software related concerns raised by the school and analyse the concerns and trouble shoot in coordination with the technician

19) Arranging for alternative systems so that training delivery is not ,ensure there are no disruptions in teaching and training delivery due to hardware failure

20) Understands and implements institution’s code of conduct ,organisation culture, school’s reporting structure company, institutions’ documentation policy organization , Human Resource and performance evaluation policy its processes,. internal process system such as ERP followed in the school , institution’s affiliation with the educational board

21) Understands and uses basics, products like cctv tools/software etc features, purpose and functionalities of e-learning and learning tools , school’s e-learning modules and curriculum

22) Understands of installation and disassemble learning related equipments ,basic electronics of system hardware
