we are actively hiring Lead Recruiters( US and Domestic) will mentor and lead a team of employees. Communicate company goals, practices, and deadlines to team. Motivates team members and assess their performance. Provides help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance.

Exp : 5-7 years

Location: Chennai

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Responsibilities

• Own and execute entire recruitment process for the allocated clients
• Meet individual revenue targets in alignment with organizational goals
• Meet hiring deadlines effectively with healthy TAT
• Engage and retain the candidate with novel practices during pre and post offer stage
• Explore new requirements/opportunities from clients based on market research and analysis
• Engage the client to ensure successful hiring
• Lead and mentor the team assigned with necessary technical and motivational inputs.
• Train and guide the team to compete technical, business and communication means
• Share the value added information with the peers and team members
• Market research to forecast and predict based on gathered inputs
• Know how on the market trends and its implications on the business
• Maintain resource funnel and analyse regularly to accommodate to predictions
• Measure and maintain team’s performance reports
• Analyse and assess the individual performances in the light of teams objectives
• Update and maintain the hiring reports
• Analyse the leads in the funnel to create a talent pool for upcoming requirements

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: From ₹700,000.00 per year
