Job Description: The job is about installing, upgrading and troubleshooting the hardware and software systems. The candidate should be able to deliver precise technical instructions and have a problem solving mindset. . Responsibilities 1. Installation of updated softwares/OS/tools. 2. Monitor Tickets & Escalations from the users/IT support. 3. Windows, Mac, Linux troubleshooting. 4. Troubleshooting Hardware & Software Related Issues. 5. Client Accessories Configuration Printer, Fax, Wireless Devices, etc. 6. Email account management. 7. Consult and escalate tickets to 2nd/3rd level support to find resolution. Skills – Good communication skills – Good knowledge of networking – Knowledge of Server hardware and OS Installation will be a plus – Experience in Managing/Troubleshooting/Installation of Desktops/Laptops/Printers Work Location: Gurgaon Work Type: In office
