ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks across the organization. Diagnosing and rectifying any hardware or software related faults.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Installation & configuration of computer hardware, operating systems and applications
• Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems
• Logging the queries of employees and closing them on time
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware or software faults
• Testing and evaluating new technology
• Performing safety checks on the company’s computer equipment

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• BCA, MCA, BE or Bachelor’s degree or Diploma or equivalent degree
• 1-2 years experience in Tech Support with a reputed organization
• Understands the importance of up and running IT infrastructure in an organization
• Hands-on experience in working on apple hardware will be an added advantage
