As an analyst, You are required to handle any queries made by end users to the Desktop/Laptop support regarding any failures, problems, issues, questions, and other matters relating to the operation and continuity of business relating to workstations, laptops, web sites, software, peripherals, telephony, mobile devices, and other equipment or assets related to IT.
You are responsible for
Works with clients to evaluate and solve technical problems
Configures and supports internal and/or external networks.
Recommends upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment
Maintains a log of completed work using an incident-tracking application
Imaging machines & upgrading to latest versions.
Troubleshooting e-mail client related issues
Diagnosing client machines with all type of problems and resolving customer tickets regarding Outlook, McAfee, Skype, Citrix and other JAVA related applications on Windows environment.
Encryption recovery & Data backups.
Providing remote and face-to-face technical support to users of Desktop, Laptops & Printers.
Knowledge on recent computer, server, and network troubleshooting experience
Installation and maintenance of datacenter equipment and cabling.
Install, troubleshoot, and repair hardware, software, printers, phone and AV equipment
Diagnose and solve problems with hardware, software, and networks.
Ability to effectively and efficiently troubleshoot technical problems
Knowledge on Active Directory, Encryption tools & McAfee Antivirus.
Highly motivated individual with desire to accept additional responsibility.
Taking initiative & ownership on tasks/responsibilities to resolve customer requests.
Such other responsibilities that may be reasonably assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate from recognized University.
Knowledge on Windows, M365, Windows 365, Active Directory/Azure Active Directory, DHCP, DNS.
3+ years, preferably from Desktop support background
Preferred Qualifications
BSC, MCA, B.Tech, B.Tech from recognized University.
