Perform system maintenance as per given schedule, system performance tuning.
Coordinate with hardware and software vendors on service level issues.
Ensuring routine processes are documented and kept up to date.
Time sheet updation, updating each ticket status in Ticketing Tool, Audit documents update.
Maintaining Asset Inventory.
Perform L1 network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot user & client-related issues (Hardware, Software, Applications) through direct/remote & resolve them within SLA.
Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Communicate with other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Must be able to provide after-hours on-call support.
Technical Skills:
* Must have knowledge of Computer Hardware/Software/Mac.
Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, network technologies,
Knowledge in managing office 365 Apps (outlook, office, SharePoint, and MS Teams).
Knowledge in Installing and configuring new hardware and software installation and replacement.
Knowledge in handling ISP line, EPABX, CCTV and Access control devices.
Knowledge about Proxy and VPN technologies
