Currently we have requirement for Junior Analyst-Technical Support for Mangalore location

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum 1-2 year’s experience as Webhosting Tech Support Engineer / Application Support Engineer
Good knowledge of on webhosting domain ( knowledge of DNS, IP address, CPanel, Plesk Panel, Primary domain, Addon domain, sub-domain, FTP Management, SFTP, Firewall, Port numbers, etc)
Should have basic knowledge of PHP, DBMS, firewall and networking concepts.
Ready to work in rotational shifts.
