Education Criteria

• Any IT Graduate (B.E/B.Tech/BSc IT/Bsc Computer science, BCA) with 60 % throughout in Academics.
• SAP MM /WM Configuration /process knowledge.
• Preferably 1 end to end implementation of SAP MM /WM
• Sound knowledge of business process and best practices around material handling,purchase /procurement, warehouse, fleet and route management.
• Knowledge of SDLC, ISO /CMM, ITIL, software testing certifications /knowledge shall be an added advantage
• Strength in understanding of business processes /functionalities around material handling /purchase /procurement /replenishment strategies /assortment and planning, warehouse management, fleet management, route management, retail, logistics, Indian indirect duties/taxes.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and direct the work of cross-department teams engaged in various professional, technical, and support functions and to do requirement study with function.
• Quick at understanding the business issues, pain points and challenges of org.
• Knowledgeable on implementation + project + support related processes, issue tracking and management
• Effective resource and time management
• Suggest best practices /improvements to function and implement them with their buy-in
• Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
• Leads testing efforts.
• Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner during testing.
• Communicates needed changes to development team.
• Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules during project execution.
• Manages resources (external and internal) and partners in accordance with project schedule.
• Delivers informative, well-organized presentations and can communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
• Should possess Good Technical Understanding and preferably Retail background understanding of warehouse/logistics/ c and fis an added plus.
