Business System Analyst (BSA)
Job Description:
The BSA role involves the following activities:
Provide first level support to Business users across various applications in Supply Chain Management. Assisting users to resolve planning issues in the application and to fulfil user request for information & Identifying new functionality requirements & liaise with projects and process owners for new functionality development in the applications. Liaise with other IT teams on various application issues and responsible for Data maintenance and governance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Service Lead/Manager in accomplishing the following:
1. Effectively communicating with stakeholders
2. Create and maintain master/planning data in SAP within defined SLAs and complying with Policy/SOP/SWI
3. Coordinate master data setup, approvals and validations with relevant parties
4. Ensure data completeness, data quality, accuracy and consistency of master data across business systems
5. Report risks and issues to Management
6. Deliver User & Business Process Support service activities through: a. Addressing service incidents and service requests made to the E2E SO by customers
b. Provide consultancy and advice to users on areas of improvement for ways of working
c. Working with other Shared Services to provide APO knowledge to resolve business process incidents against defined SLAs and Service Targets.

Requirements
1. Graduate in Math’s/Science/Commerce
2. Evidence of 6 to 12 months experience for U1.
3. Evidence of 2+ years’ experience for U2 and knowledge in Data Management, troubleshooting of planning issues and providing 1st line incident support to end users is preferrable.
4. Evidence of experience and knowledge in one or more ERP functional modules in SAP or other ERP applications is preferrable.
5. Analytical ability to diagnose problems and to develop practical solutions.
6. Good communication skills, both interpersonal and presentation.
7. Able to interact with and influence individuals.
8. Quick learner, motivated team player and customer focused.
9. Demonstrates ownership of assigned responsibilities and seek continuous improvement.
10. Rigorous, disciplined approach to work. Always adheres to procedures.
11. Able to efficiently prioritize work and keep stakeholders informed on the progress
12. Ability to work within challenging environment with tight delivery timelines.
13. Flexibility of shift timings.
14. Basic knowledge of Supply Chain Management/ experience on SAP ERP/APO modules or Procurement background will be preferred
15. Knowledge on service Now is an added advantage

Salary: ₹100,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
