• Preliminary Sourcing/screening/short-listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement
• Conduct initial HR Screening (Telephonic) to check technical skills, communication Skills, interest levels, etc.
• Required to source candidates from job portals & Social Media
• Flexible to work on weekends basis business need
• Flexible to extend to meet daily targets * Go getter personality
• Education : Graduation is must
• Basic Excel skills
• Good verbal and written communication
• Adaptable Along with the given JD

• Knowledge or Skills Requirements:
• Good understanding of recruiting processes and procedures
• Basic understanding of recruiting or sourcing processes and organization and tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
