Overview:
We are a 5-years-old technology company with offices in the India, providing Business Intelligence services to our customer Datavision who provides Business Intelligence solutions to hundreds of hotels and resorts around the world. Their clients are primarily high-end hotels and resorts who provide their guests with exceptional service, and we expect our employees to provide that same level of service to our customers.
We are currently seeking Administrative Assistant w/ Jr PM skills to assist our Executive team in supporting our growing team of BI Analysts and Developers with the core responsibility of helping both new and existing customers realize their BI goals.

Position Summary:
This is a highly visible and fast paced role. You will be working directly with a member of the Executive team to help foster communication and scheduling with various internal teams (analysts, support, developers), as well as communicating with external customers and 3rd party vendors. To be successful in this role, you will need to be detailed oriented and organized, communicate effectively, and deliver excellent customer service. The right candidate should take pride in their work and have the aptitude to learn and apply new concepts.
Your responsibilities will also include assisting in the documentation of meetings related to new/existing BI database implementations, scoping business requirements for new or enhancement requests to data sets/reports/dashboards, and other corporate initiatives. Finally, you will also assist in updating our project management portal and running internal reports as requested.

· Experience in hospitality industry (Finance, Revenue Management, F&B, Spa, Group Planning) is a plus
