ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Purpose/Objective

• To handle day to day projects activities and execution support for project implementation to leadership, identifying opportunities for automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement. managerial responsibilities for overall operational work across the region with driving excellence, process, and implementation of operational compliances as per customer needs/ SOP/ policies & procedures of the company or Government.

Key responsibilities

• Execution support for project implementation to leadership, identifying opportunities for automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement.
• Support in execution. infrastructure services vision, enables innovation, and seeks to leverage new trends with the company’s requirements and expectations.
• On-site/off-site project implementation support for making all the new facilities LIVE with required infrastructure and automation equipment.
• Management Support for critical project components including project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resource, communications, risk and procurement through all phases of the project life cycle.
• Liaise with Solution Design, Procurement, IT, Legal and Project Stakeholders for implementation execution.
• Ability to execute productive business relationships with all levels of business partners and vendor management.
• Direct Vendor coordination and management in the context for project delivery.
• Support in feedback from key stakeholders and provide accurate reporting at critical milestones and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Support in understanding and implementation lifecycle, concepts, principals, and business processes.
• Responsible for the execution of infrastructure management.
• Work on and support for creation of required capacities for the requisite time periods while ensuring maximum capacity utilization and optimum costs.
• QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
• Skills and Competencies
• B. Tech/M. Tech or equivalent in Civil, Mech., with handling/ implementation of Infrastructure Projects like warehouse development
• 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Project development
• Relevant knowledge of Infra-Project solutions across the logistic vertical
• Strategic Thinking & Prospecting with excellent communication, team management & interpersonal skills
• Computer Proficiency with rich Experience in CAD/ designing Software
• Good interpersonal skills, excellent team building capabilities, planning, co-ordination, and decision-making skills
• Demonstration of strong planning skills essential and good project management skills
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work with/coach senior leadership.
• Strong desire to improve our service, products, and processes, with ability to drive continuous improvement.

• Educational Qualification (min)

• 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Project development
• Min no of years of Industry specific experience required, if any & the industry type
• 2-3 years of Warehouse development
