Role and Responsibilities
1. Need to handle the recruitment of middle and senior level.
2. Screening the candidates as per the requirements from our software, advanced job portals and referrals.
3. Maintaining a database of the candidates and scheduling their interviews with the clients.
4. Arranging & coordinating the interviews and taking feedback from candidates and clients to complete the selection process and further follow-ups.
5. Following up on the requirement sent by the clients for job type, salary and experience level.
6. Interaction with HR Manager / Client regarding the requirements, status, queries, feedback & closures.
7. Negotiation on the salary.
8. Looking after the final process from the interview till joining the clients.
