2. Change Management – Implement Business changes in all In-scope Applications and take part of CAB meetings to represent the changes initiated
3. Escalations Management – Ensure minimal escalations in day to day Application support and participate the Major incident/High Severity incident management calls
4. Participate on-going ABBY operational Meetings and work on all Enhancements and Bug fixes related to ABBY
5. Develop and maintain BPS CCC contact flow configurations
6. Monitor all Application health periodically and take necessary precautions before any major incidents occurs
7. Be part of Digitization platform support team and involve in overall Org digital transformation
