Job Description
We are a leading IT Services company and expanding hugely. We are looking for a deadline-focused technical recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions. You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved. The Technical Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for the Client, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic technical requirements.
Skills and Qualifications: –
Proven work experience in recruitment – ideally as a Technical Recruiter
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts)
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Experience using LinkedIn & other platforms to source quality candidates
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2-3 years of experience in IT or Tech recruitment
IT background preferred
BTech/ MCA/BCA preferred
Roles and Responsibilities: –
Understanding Job requirements from Management.
Sourcing candidates from various job portals like Naukri, Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn.
Telephonic screening of the candidates based on the Job Description provided by Management.
Scheduling various technical rounds with the technical team, management and client.
Following up with candidates till they join
Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
