Location: Bangalore
Position: L1 Technical Support
1. Answering phone calls and taking care of incoming tickets, emails and chats.
2. Managing open support cases within the organization and finding a solution or workaround to maintain customer satisfaction.
3. Providing technical support assistance for the Inside Sales team channel partners.
4. Reporting, escalating and keeping track of the activity in our service desk software Zoho Desk.
Requirements:
1. 2 +yrs of relevant experience
2. Good verbal/written communication skills.
3. Solid knowledge of IP network architecture.
4. Ticket Management skills.
5. Demonstrable experience in providing technical support for technical products/services.
