ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide technical and administrative support for EHS applications including internal EHS database management applications (MESH PRISM), BW, Office 365 (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, etc.) & internal/ external websites
Provide timely response to user requests/concerns in Eaton’s Remedy incident management application and EHS-IT mailbox. This includes providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the stated time limits and then following up to ensure resolution and user satisfaction.
Provide technical and functional assistance/support to users via phone, email and WebEx.
Create and distribute accurate routine (weekly, monthly) reports related to EHS performance or needed actions in system application for the EHS function and Eaton executive management.
Provide administrative and logistics support for corporate EHS assessment programs including maintaining current schedules, supporting the filling of assessor vacancies, posting results on SharePoint and ensuring sites have properly entered action items.
Assure that data interfaces for EHS performance data are working properly and identify, troubleshoot and elevate issues to internal IT, EHS or external vendors as appropriate.
Provide IT support for transfer of data between EHS software applications as new systems are deployed or organizational hierarchy changes.
Perform or participate in user acceptance and regression testing for the new deployments in the software application.
Troubleshoot and analyze system issues or bugs and report unresolved issues to internal IT, EHS or external vendors as appropriate. Manage these issues to closure.
Extract and interpret data and generate reports upon request.
Maintain EHS SharePoint site and manage requests for the same. This includes web page creation and design, content upload and removing obsolete documents.
Lead or coordinate activities to address EHS functional needs for data management utilizing tools such as macro-enabled Excel spreadsheets, SQL, MS Access, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Data Lakes and Data Warehouse, Machine Learning models, etc.
Participate and contribute in scheduled EHS-IT team meetings.
Manage internal EHS IT teamwork activities to assure timely and accurate completion.
Execute on ad-hoc requests.
Create, update and validate process documents.
Obtain training on tools and applications required for the EHS function.
Qualifications
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
Qualification:
Masters with 1-2 Years of experience or Bachelors with 2-4 Years of experience.
Basic Knowledge (Foundation):
Proficiency in English for written and verbal communication
Proven customer support experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Hands on experience on MS Excel (Advanced Excel functions), MS Access, Power Point, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint.
Medium Knowledge (Intermediate):
Able to link the reports to the relevant business process
Advance Knowledge (Expert):
Advance Data Management using Excel (Formulas, Filtering, Charts, Pivot, Vlookup, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, VBA etc.), SQL, MS Access, Power Point, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Data Lakes and Business Data Warehouse.
Able to gather data from multiple systems and assimilate bigger data set
Understand linkages of data across different data set/reports
Break down of Data sets into meaningful interpretations
Knowledge of various systems hosting different kind of data
Presentation skill (Power Point)
