The role will provide oversight, governance across the Infrastructure services portfolio (Cloud, Data Center, Edge, End User, Service Management, Automation, M&A, Divestures) ensuring success, acceleration of product delivery, leveraging project methodologies, as appropriate, with an agile, value based & customer centric mindset being the foundation of why, what and how we execute, keeping Cyber security actions as a priority.
The Porfolio Operations Lead has responsibility for raising the bar, coaching , partnering with Product/Value owners within Infrastructure to define how to deliver outcomes efficiently, how to leverage internal resources and managed service providers, how to structure, execute portfolio of work and successfully deliver valued outcomes.
The role will provide an executive customer escalation point on critical projects, and drive strategic direction and integration activities, as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, collaborating with engaging with stakeholders (Requesters, Customers, Business Relationship Managers, Senior Management, Vendors) to enable customer success while also serving as a system of control to the business.
The lead with be responsible to provide active leadership across all aspects of delivery, capacity planning, resource allocation, risk management, budget management, continuous improvement, overall governance around the total investment for projects in support of business initiatives, including portfolio management and delivering against business objectives, defining, reporting on overall metrics, demonstrating progress in executing our strategy ultimately successfully delivering our portfolio and vision.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
At least 12 years of large IT project delivery, ideal Infrastructure delivery of Merges, Acquistions, Divestitures.
Requires 10+ years IT management experience, preferably managing virtually in a global environment,
Extensive experience leading remote project teams with cross-cultural and multi-continent internal and external project resources
Advanced understanding of the business or functional Strategic Plan and process.
Advanced to SME understanding of Eatons/prior Company Infrastructure and M&A approaches.
Advanced to SME understanding of integration and impact points of involved systems globally for a division or function.
Proven experiencing of exhibiting a digital mindset through fostering agility and innovation.
Proven experience in working and influencing VP and SVPs in IT and business functions.
Strong project management background, including knowledge in PMI and Scrum methodologies and product centricity. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Project Management, SCRUM, Kanban, DevOps, certification strongly preferred. Digital toolset experience ideally ServiceNow, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, etc.
