What you will do:
Provide technical support engineer to Customers via Ticketing portal or e-mail.
Applies technical knowledge to analyse, troubleshoot and resolve any hardware and software issues.
Effectively communicate the procedural and technical issues according to department procedures and answer technical questions or escalate problems
What We Expect:
EDU QUAL: B.E,. / B.TECH – Circuit Branches Preferred (ECE |EE |E&I |Embedded Systems)

Basic knowledge of Electronics and Imaging systems
Programming Knowledge in C and C++ Language
Strong Written/Verbal communication skills
Good knowledge of MS-Office tools (especially MS-Excel & MS-Word)
Working knowledge in Windows and Linux Operating Systems
Excellent Problem-solving and Analysing skills
Experience with Python would be an added advantage
