Source potential candidates on niche platforms
Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Must have experience in dealing with W2/C2C with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates
TAX Terms: C2C, W2, 1099 and VISA: GC, USC, H1b, OPT EAD, and IT Staffing experience
Experience or knowledge using CEIPAL or any Applicant tracking software
Experience working on state or federal government requirements
Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates

Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
