The Network Administrator will support EAW’s efforts in the design, development, and management of EAW’s networks and related equipment.

In this role, the Network Administrator is expected to have working knowledge of all aspects of networks and security and will assist the Network Engineer in coordinating EAW’s growth and continued maintenance of its infrastructure.

Essential Functions:
Support premise-based and cloud-based networks to support EAW’s business.

Assist with EAW’s network design and security practice.

Support an extensive VPN to support EAW sites and work-at-home environments.

Support and modernize EAW’s premise-based networks, ensuring resiliency and fail over.

Modernize and rationalize EAW’s existing network suppliers and vendors.

Manage EAW telecom vendors and work to get best-in-class technology partners.

Required Skills:
Working knowledge of network administration, packet routing, communications protocols, and network security principles.

Experience with Cisco equipment and additional Cisco network certifications preferred.

Experience with Azure cloud-based and premise-based network equipment and services preferred.

Excellent documentation and analytical skills, using Microsoft Office and Sharepoint tools.

Experience implementing security standards in a rapidly changing work environment.

Technical project management skills preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar discipline.
