Job Summary

We are hiring HR Executive/ Manager for an IT company based in Noida.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Responsible for end to end recruitment of all departments.

· Well versed with HR policies and activities

· New employee’s induction process.

· Compensations and benefit administration

· Monitoring and controlling of attendance, salary and leaves.

· Employee’s orientation, development and training.

· Updating and renewal of statutory compliances like PF, ESI

· Preparation of salary statements and pay slips.

· Performance appraisal process and identifying appropriate rewards.

· Providing annual hikes and performance based increments to employees.

· Exit formalities and relieving

· Maintain record (Soft copies as well as hard copies)

· Look after other day to day administrative job responsibilities

· All Admin responsibility like Birthday Party, events, vendor management etc.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

MBA in HR

1-3 Years Experience in IT sector
Female candidate preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
