eGrove Systems is currently hiring an IT Recruiter to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
– Source candidates for IT and non-IT requirements through job boards, referrals and social media
– Screen candidates to provide the best quality candidates to the internal and client hiring managers
– Work with the project managers to understand requirements for sourcing the most suitable candidates
– Maintain ATS with regular updates and audits
– Provide daily and weekly reports to management
– Involve in HR tasks including new hire processes, employee benefits and other related tasks

Requirements:
– Experience in IT Technical recruitment
– Excellent communication skills
– Bachelor’s degree is preferred
