Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced IT Service Lead specializing in the Network track to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and hands-on experience with network and security technologies including SonicWall, Ubiquiti, Cisco Firewall, Juniper, as well as cloud security practices within AWS, GCP, and Azure. This role involves providing top-tier IT services and network solutions to our end clients, ensuring security, efficiency, and compliance with the latest standards. The position is based in Mysore, with flexibility for candidates in South India close to Bangalore, and requires working during USA business hours to support our global clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth operation
• Provide technical support to end-users
• Develop and implement network security measures
• Manage network documentation and inventory
• Lead the network services team, setting objectives, and developing strategies to ensure efficient and secure network operations.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of network security appliances and cloud security (SonicWall, Ubiquity, Cisco Firewall, Juniper, AWS Security, AD, GCP Security, DNS, DHCP, Azure Security) to design, implement, and maintain robust network infrastructures.
• Work closely with end clients to assess their network requirements, provide expert consultations, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure the highest level of service delivery.
• Ensure all network solutions comply with industry standards and security protocols. Regularly update security measures and protocols to protect against the latest threats.
• Oversee network-related projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align network services with broader IT and business goals.
