Responsibilities
Provide high quality administrative assistance to the board of directors
Arrange meetings, appointments, diary management, travel
Prepare presentations, documents and write marketing articles, news letters, help with the business website design
Proof reading documentation including reports, contracts
Day to day office administration duties including HR and accounting
Interpret and read legal documents
Liaise with our staff, partners and suppliers

Degree qualified and with experience in the engineering sector
Extremely organised, respects tight deadlines and committed to excellence
Positive attitude, quick learner, highly disciplined and able to work under pressure
IT literate, efficient and demonstrable problem solving abilities
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills
