Elevate Services Looking for Project Manager IT at Gurgaon, Haryana Full Time

Elevate is recruiting a Project Manager to lead our Information Technology Team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of complex IT systems solutions. You’ll use your strong interpersonal skills to identify and engage with project stakeholders and then manage all ongoing communications to ensure all are kept informed at an appropriate level working in close collaboration with the leaders of the business units and functions.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Specifically, you will

Manage end-to-end delivery of complex system solutions, establishing, and controlling project constraints and scope

Manage relationships and communication with all project stakeholders

Lead and coach the project team as appropriate and according to the needs of the individual project

Provide clear ownership for and visibility of the resolution of all project risks and issues

Lead improvements to the efficiency and effectiveness of the project delivery service and contribute to the identification of areas of improvement.

Ensuring the decisions made on project approach are documented and comply with our ISO 9001 and ISO27001 requirements

Provide regular, constructive feedback to project team members and their line managers

Provide progress updates into the department and support overall management of the department programme

Develop and maintain effective and proactive relationships with all customers including suppliers and third parties

Support the Service Owner(s) for Project Delivery in maintaining and developing processes, standards, tools and reporting and their documentation and proactively reviewing the service provided to end-users and customers

Provide progress updates to the US manager on technology deployments and operational and security risks

Experience

7+ years of experience in IT project deployments (Required)

Experience in ISO 27001:2013 audits (Preferred)

Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management

Skills for Success

Interest in problem solving and focused on results

Experience in the use of Project management tools and techniques to facilitate effective project delivery

High level knowledge of IT concepts – Active Directory, AWS, MFA

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to articulate ideas clearly

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required

PMP certification preferred not required
