Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Software Engineer located in Coimbatore. The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with Agile software development, and leading a team of junior and senior developers. The Lead Software Engineer will manage this team collaborate with the customer to develop, test, deploy, and maintain software products. The application will be cutting edge solutions in the convenience services space on a cloud platform.

Qualifications:
At least 8 years of experience in product development
Expertise in C#, Java, Selenium, Cucumber and Fitnesse
Experience using relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL
Experience with working closely with testing team or hands on experience in testing
Ability to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex software applications
Experience in managing a team of software engineers
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience with Agile development methodologies, cloud-based platforms such as Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform, and experience with CI/CDpipelines.
