Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a techno-functional, creative sales & marketing content lead to join our multi-disciplinary team serving the full-stack content needs of global B2B and Tech/IT clients.
§ Direct and manage the development of content artifacts related to sales enablement and marketing, including hands-on involvement in specific areas of expertise:
o Content Types: Messaging Documents, Company Overviews, Solution Briefs, Case Studies, Proposal Documents, RFI Responses, RFP Responses, Blogs, Thought Leadership Articles, White Papers, Leadership Profiles, Employee Impact Stories, Social Media Content, Lead Gen Emailers, Newsletters, Video Scripts, and Explainers.
o Content Forms: Presentations, Flyers, Brochures, eBooks, Social Media Posts, Website Pages, Landing Pages, Illustrations, Infographics, Emailers, and Motion Graphic Videos.
§ Work with the client teams across the life cycle of a content project from requirements to production to delivery.
§ Orchestrate the analysis, design, and production process with elSpectra’s and vendor’s teams – strategy leads, analysts, writers, designers, and animators.
§ Orchestrate the production of website with content writes, page designers and development teams.
§ Contribute to the sales and marketing activities of elSpectra – current account growth and new business development.
Skills
§ Expert in sales & marketing content development for B2B and Tech/IT companies with a good understanding of industry and technology trends
§ Ability to collaborate with engineers, subject matter experts, analysts, and the executive team.
§ Flexible to work across India and US time zones with respect to availability.
§ 5+ years of experience in sales & marketing content development in an IT Industry or an Agency providing services to IT companies

Salary: ₹800,000.00 – ₹1,200,000.00 per year
