Coordinating and conducting in-person or virtual interviews with candidates, including technical assessments or assessments of soft skills.
Negotiating offers and salary packages with candidates and closing deals for contract positions.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of the recruitment process, including job postings, resumes, and interview notes.
Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting and hiring for contract positions.
Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, industry professionals, and hiring managers.
To be responsible for managing and tracking the budget for the recruitment process, and for developing and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
