- Souring the profiles and headhunting the candidates as per the requirement using different search engines like (Dice, Corp-Corp, Hot-Jobs, Etc.)
- Responsible for screening interviewing , scheduling, and developing relationships between clients and candidates.
- Exposure in working with Direct Client requirements on C2H.
- Discuss with consultants about Requirement Details and check comfort level.
