Entigrity Looking for Business Head – IT Managed Services at Ahmedabad, Gujarat Full Time

Job Brief

We are in search of an experienced Business Head for IT Managed Services to help us in building overall team and start new business covering services of IT managed services, cloud management and data centers for our existing clients (Accounting and tax firms). One who can develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, standards, and disasters. They should bring in a vast experience in cloud computing, data center visualization, project and team management.

Designation: Business Head – IT Managed Services

Location: Ahmedabad

Work Shift: 5:30 PM – 3:00 AM (IST)

Working Days: 5 Days(Mon – Fri)

Qualification: Masters in Infrastructure/ Digital Communications/ IT/ Networks/ Digital Communications

Experience: 7 to 10 Years

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Act as solutions lead and ensure successful Analysis, Design, Evaluation, Modification, Testing, and Implementation of enhancements across all cloud modules.

Assist in developing project roadmaps for interactive implementations and functional expansion in phases.

Preparing MIS in a manner that enables quick decision making and data can be retrieved within minimum period of time.

To bring insightful knowledge of Process Rationalization, Business Process Analysis and Design, Cloud Infrastructure, Project Scoping, and Re-engineering.

Collaborating with business managers to gather, understand and then convert business analysis requests into reports.

Analyze the existing software implementations to identify areas of improvement and provide guidance and set up a new path for implementing new features.

Be able to design processes for IT support, Procurement, Audit/ Compliance Monitoring, and Security Controls.

To architect the expansion of IT environments, IT Operations Budgeting and Performance Improvement.

Bring an experience in Project Management activities including Infrastructure set-up, Estimation, Risk Management, and Finalization of Technical Specifications.

Responsible for building systems and solutions leveraging various components and tools, and actively code and adapt it to ensure it functions smoothly.

Proactively anticipate potential roadblocks and take corrective action to keep the project on track.
