Position Summary
This position entails the Solution Architect responsible for the successful design, implementation, deployment, and adoption of an overall solution. Ensures that the solution meets the customer’s needs now and in the future. Experienced Dynamics 365 and PowerApps Architect – Financials to lead our clients’ Dynamics 365 / PowerApps projects. Proven ability to organize workload and priorities and complete tasks on time and work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead or participate in gathering requirements, understanding needs, Defining and estimating projects.
Transformation of business needs into functional and technical requirements.
Definition of implementation, solution design, and data integration strategies.
Development of Power Platform solutions that will fit with the hosting architecture.
Selection of Third-Party Components.
Documenting and schematizing solutions, infrastructure, and functional processes.
Guarantee the technological solution.
Technology watch.
Support to the sales team: estimates, drafting of quotations/proposals, response to calls for tender, design of proof of concept, demonstration.
Implementation team support: analysis, configuration, integration, integration, development, training, testing, project management, and change management.
All other related tasks.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
Create business solutions by applying your knowledge to solve problems in complicated industries.
12 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) implementation experience (including guiding the design, configuration, and testing of core Dynamics 365 CRM modules, and hands-on configuration of the Dynamics 365 CRM application) and 3 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementations experience are key to this role.
Responsible for consulting on Dynamics 365 CRM engagements including developing the Solution Blueprint of Dynamics 365 CRM, implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications.
Effective client-facing interpersonal skills; comfortable and effective acting as a liaison between multiple technology groups and representing groups in large-scale meetings.
Ability to quickly develop and maintain a high level of knowledge on CRM products and remain an expert on current product capabilities. Strong initiative, customer-service orientation, and commitment to insuring timely, quality solutions to customer issues.
Ability to recognize billable opportunities and secure other remote or custom development work Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Assists the functional resources/business analysts with requirements gathering and provides design guidance for mid to large-sized Dynamics 365 (CRM) projects.
Facilitates discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a technical vision and solutions in the form of software products, customizations, and integrations to meet those needs within Dynamics 365 (CRM).
Deep knowledge of Dynamics CRM, Customer Engagement, PowerApps, USD, Interactive Service Hub, Field Service, and Portals. Strong understanding of when to use native features and when it is appropriate to use custom development.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum 12+ years of implementation experience on Microsoft Dynamics 365, or other enterprise-level ERP systems.
Experience implementing large-scale ERP projects is a definite asset.
Experienced and strong working knowledge across key finance modules.
Experienced and strong working knowledge in Power Platform (Portals, Canvas Apps, Model Driven apps).
Experience with the following technologies:
C#. Net Framework, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, Azure, ALM, CI/CD
SharePoint, Office 365, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Portals, Virtual Agents, etc.
