Our Exciting Opportunity:
We are now looking for an Enterprise Solutions Lead in the Enterprise domain, to lead assigned customer projects securing that the project goals are met, customer’s expectations are fulfilled, and that the solution phase of an opportunity is optimised and managed in the most effective way meeting both Ericsson and customer needs.
Enterprise domain is a newly built strategic function within Market Area Oceania, South East Asia and India that is accountable for accelerating the growth of Ericsson enterprise solutions.
You will:
The Enterprise Solutions Lead is a regional role responsible for driving end-to-end solutions towards enterprise specific needs. This role works with the solution/ technology teams at Communication Service Providers /Non- Communication Service Providers channels and enterprises.
Responsible for securing an optimised and accurate solution fit during sales process and for the right deployment guideline and directive (incl. spectrum strategy, radio deployments, transport resilience, solution lifecycle, O&M solution, isolated/hybrid etc., greenfield/brownfield deployment) and integration (with Communication Service Providers network, enterprise IT/OT environment) alignment.
Responsible for connecting the Communication Service Providers and end user requirement with Ericsson solution roadmap alignment
Lead CSR for dedicated networks sales opportunity and SPOC towards Communication Service Providers for detailed technical clarification, interfacing to and coordination of domain experts that will be engaged in the pre-sales- phase of Enterprise solutions
Technical support for Key Account (KA) engagement strategy and during delivery projects
Solution lead for large and/or sophisticated (or first) delivery project
To be successful in the role you must have:
Significant experience working with Tier 1 technology providers, cloud service providers, consulting, or managed service providers handling the delivery of enterprise related solutions.
Prior experience working with Industries on digital transformation / Industry 4.0 using cellular private networks is advantageous
Portfolio expertise in area of responsibility: Good understanding of 4G/5G Radio and CORE network, Cloud and Managed Services
Education: University degree or equivalent working experience
Additional Requirements:
Hands-on experience designing and delivering telco grade enterprise solutions
