We are now looking for a Head of IT Security Access Control India. In this role, you will guide, mentor, and challenge individuals and teams to improve services and operational procedures. The customer and employee experience are crucial while delivering secure and complaint services. The objective is to be a trusted business partner at the forefront, upholding our IT Security posture for effective risk-based protection of Ericsson.
The Access Control services includes Roles & Authorization Management for Global Enterprise SAP Landscape (multiple environments), Third Party Access Request Evaluation & Enablement (suppliers) and Privileged User Access Control Administration!
What you will do
You will give input to the IT Security strategy work to set strategic priorities, objectives, and key results
You will support your team with individual performance management talks, competence development, salary reviews and to achieve work-life balance
You will take measures to ensure services are within agreed SLAs & budget and will measure and follow-up teams commitments and overall performance
You will ensure that our services and operations are follows internal/external requirements (policies, directives, processes, ISMS (ISO 271001/27002), GDPR & SOX regulations
You will participate in IT audits (internal/external) and drive management action remediation’s and will align with internal stakeholders to proactively assess any impact to own teams’ services, operations, and support needs
You will help the organization to work through sophisticated technology challenges and to provide innovative and broad approaches within own domain and will continuously drive and find ways to improve own procedures & operations!
You will bring
Senior leadership and broad IT Security expertise, IT service management, supplier management and stakeholder management
Ability to communicate efficiently with a broad cross-section of stakeholders to explain and implement security measures
Good understanding of ISO 27001/27002 controls and how they should be implemented to secure information technology environments
Deep knowledge in SAP Roles & Authorizations (ERP, GRC, Analytics platforms)
Experience from IT audits and how to remediate risks
Key Qualifications:
Education: Degree majoring in Computer Science / IT Engineering
15+ years of work experience including people management
10+ years of hand on experience in SAP Security
Shown experience leading geographically distributed teams and running large-scale projects and excellent analytical skills and ability to formulate strategies and concepts
Demonstrated ability: S4/HANA Security, HANA Security 2.0, SAP GRC, Audit Management, ISMS (ISO 27001/27002), regulatory requirements such as EU-GDPR/SOX
SAP Certified Technology Professional – System Security Architect is considered a merit
Security professional certifications – CISM, CISA, CISSP, CRISC or other such certifications/accreditations are a big plus
Other preferred Certifications Management: PMP (or) Similar is a merit
Security experience with S/4 HANA implementation, SAP HANA 2.0, Fiori authorizations is a plus
Knowledge on working with Policy based access control (PBAC) would be an added advantage
Good understanding on overall governance, risk management and internal / External Audit Management
