Reporting to the Head of People Business Solutions, you will be a part of the team working and deploying new digital capabilities across Ericsson.
The People Business Solution Architect – Employee Lifecycle management understands, knows and challenges the processes and supporting solutions in the area and is consistently leading several transformation initiatives in adherence with the People Digital Solution Principles and Priorities.

Owns the Ericsson People solutions for core HR Processes.
Is a SuccessFactors expert : Employee central, Organizational management, Recruiting – and Onboarding for internal and external candidates, data and retention rules, workflow management, role based permission, integration and API basic knowledge are mandatory for this role
Understands how processes are driven, as sequence of systems and offline steps.
Has technical & functional skills and knowledges, knows the different user types (personas) acting in his area, their need, experiences, behaviours, and goals.
Is always looking for simplifications, rationalizations and maximization of the available resources.
Is passionate about removing duplications and pushing the business counterparts in the direction of a Standard and Global process, supported by centrally owned platforms. Indicates every Market, Region and Function how to better cover the requirements demonstrating on the existing/improved application portfolio first.
Is responsible to verify the completeness of the documentation produced by every team collaborating in the area he owns, from technical and functional viewpoint
Clearly articulates the business objectives, the major benefits and the main impacts of different initiative in the area – (Project Initiation Deliverable)
Collaborates with People Digital Solution Manager in collecting and articulating Business Requirements. Is responsible to achieve a shared prioritization of the activities, and he manages the backlog of improvements and initiatives – (prioritized Requirement Traceability Matrix and Backlog).
Is an active member of the Change Control process and works together with People Digital manager, IT and Systems integrators to identify a balanced solution.
Works on the details of the localizations to find the better way to accommodate the local needs
Partners IT colleagues in the effort of reducing the Technical Debt in his area (implied cost of additional rework caused by choosing an easy solution in the short term, instead of using a better approach that would take longer)
Owns the Authorization concept in the area, supported by technical IT team and the People Digital manager in the realization
Identifies and engage with all Business Stakeholders, assess the business readiness and suggests how to concatenate IT and process steps effectively.
Contributed to post launch operating model definition in collaboration with People Solution Manager
Controls the readiness of the solution before authorizing the move into production environment
Supports the definition and approval the Process description (Aris) and is responsible to sign off the System Functional design
Defines Business Test Scenarios, approved the UAT results and is a key player in the final Go/No Go Decision for new capabilities
