Ericsson Looking for Network Engineer at Bengaluru, Karnataka Full Time

The Network Engineer performs design, optimization and audit of a network to meet the customer requirements. The role is passionate about completing design, audit and optimization services. He is responsible to upkeep time, performance and quality according to Ericsson requirements and Customer contract.

What you will do

Accountable for day to day delivery of the assigned project towards the MA.Analyzing different network related issues. Responsible for Allocated Circle Optimization KPI Optimization.

Travel as per Business requirement. Work with MA Leads to implement the delivery plans in a time bound manner

Candidate should be able to understand the customer queries & proactively act on the same

Interact with internal and external stakeholders for delivery execution. Flexible to operation from circle locations for the next 2 years

You will bring

Strong LTE/VoLTE/5G/VoNR in Planning, & Optimization.

Senior domain expertise on operator network and understanding. You have to be strong Technical Knowledge on Ericsson Radio Access Networks.

You should have a knowledge of Ericsson existing and future product/services portfolio, roadmap information and system integration practices

Strategic application of management information systems to the unit Service Line Optimize.

You Should be proficient in 5G/VoNR/4G/ VOLTE Feature & extensive MIMO .

Should have good experience on 5G Activity like SCFT, OSS KPI, Pre Post OSS KPI & GPL parameter audit, Along with 5G VONR initial tunning experience for swap sites and new sites.
