Job Brief

Serving as the senior technology leader you will be leading technology strategy, execution, and operations.

We need a technology enthusiast that will be a champion for defining, scaling, and operating processes along with project management excellence.

Responsibilities

· Manage a portfolio of technology projects to meet cost, scope, and schedule constraints

· Develop key performance indicators and SLAs in lieu of requirement of stakeholders

· Identify key skills and talent gaps in the organization and work to recruit, train, and retain talent

· Identify and manage external vendors in the delivery of contracted work

· Enable process efficiency of back office operations

· Communicate with clients and deliver the work as per schedule.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Programming, Computer Science, Engineering.

· Experience hiring, managing, and retaining a team of talent technology professionals

· 4+ years’ working experience in software development.

· Sound working knowledge of IT operations, systems, and developments.

· Strong leadership, communication and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹650,000.00 – ₹720,000.00 per year
