Job description

· Local contact for IT-relevant questions in day-to-day business.

· Ensuring trouble-free operation of the IT infrastructure with all end devices.

· Planning, procurement, and installation of new hardware and software.

· Support and implementation of IT infrastructure projects in the company.

· Management of different client operating systems: Windows 7 / 8 / 10 Management of different server types and systems:

· Windows Server 2003 / 2008 / 2012 / 2016 /2019 VMware and ESXi, Active Directory, Print & File Server Server, Linux Inventory Maintenance for Software, Hardware, License, and Maintenance Agreements.

· Monitor and reintroduce backup/recovery processes.

· Implementation and further development of existing processes according to ISO 27001 and ISO 9001.

· Configuration and adaptation of system extensions as well as the creation of the associated documentation.

· Team leader of an international team of 4 members

Your profile

· 5+ years of experience in infrastructure management.

· Experience in leading teams and responsibility for your team’s performance and output.

· Ensuring the smooth operation of the entire infrastructure

· A broad technical understanding of IT infrastructure – server & network

· Monitor the performance of all systems to determine cost and productivity levels and make recommendations for improving IT infrastructure.

· Monitor the health of the infrastructure to ensure system health through monitoring and warning systems.

· Strong leadership, planning and communication skills

· Passion for people and improving the environment in which they work

· Fluent communication skills in English.
