Main Responsibilities:
1. To provide desktop and network level support to the customers.
2. Address problem/service of the customers requested through email/ calls.
3. Determine if the solution can be resolved via phone and if not, visit client location to provide the required solution.
4. To ensure that the issue has been fully resolved.
5. Attend product trainings along with self- learning in order to help expand their field knowledge.
6. Basic knowledge on AWS / Virtualization.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
