Our Client is from an Information Services Company that is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect. In this role, you will also work closely with Program Managers in their feature areas to ensure that customer requirements are thoroughly understood and reflected in future product releases. Additional responsibilities associated with this position are helping design the product to overcome and eliminate challenges Enterprise organizations face and providing our customers and Partners with deeper guidance on how best to utilize the Dynamics 365 cloud services and leverage other Services from Office.
Tasks
Provide thought-leadership and architectural guidance/reviews on strategic Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Human Resources, and Project Operations implementations;
Strong SCM / Commerce knowledge is a plus;
Represent R&D in complex deals by providing Dynamics 365 technical consultation;
Assist Dynamics 365 R&D team to develop the right scenarios and features which address Enterprise needs;
Support Dynamics 365 Solution ISVs and Partners;
Manage Enterprise customer implementation success and manage risks and issues;
Build Proof of Concepts using Dynamics 365 and related technologies;
Requirements
Bachelors/ Masters in information technology, computer science, or software information;
Strong skills in SCM / Commerce are advantageous;
A strong technical understanding and years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 technologies and the ability to comprehend and communicate systems architecture;
Advanced spoke and written English and (Plus)German languages;
A strong understanding of the technical architecture of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations;
A strong understanding of end-to-end business applications implementation lifecycle;
A strong background in program management and/or consultancy with a track record of successfully architecting and deploying Dynamics 365 solutions;
The ability to work both independently and in a multi-disciplinary team environment;
The ability to analyze ambiguous technical and customer situations and to determine appropriate solutions, as necessary;
The ability to create and maintain healthy working relationships with Microsoft and Partners in the field;
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate customer requirements and pain points to executives and a feature crew;
The ability to transition communication style effectively for different audiences ranging from developers to CIOs and other technical decision-makers;
