• Drive hiring for Tech roles to support fast-paced business growth.
• Requirement gathering and coordinating
• Implementing new methods for sourcing candidates (e.g. Boolean searches, social media recruiting)
• Leverage all sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub etc.
• Developing new procedures for recruiting (e.g. application, onboarding processes) and also improving the current practices
• Keeping track of all recruiting metrics (e.g. cost-per-hire, time-to-hire)

Note:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field / MBA
• Experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Manager in the ITes Domain
• Experience in BFSI Domain: Preferred

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Salary: ₹280,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
