Business Development Executive/Business Analyst

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, bidding on freelancing websites, lead generation, account management, and creating and executing business strategies that drive revenue growth. Additionally, the Business Development Executive will also be tasked with developing strong relationships with clients and identifying cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Research and identify potential clients and projects on freelancing platforms like Upwork, Guru, and others.
* Create compelling and customized proposals in response to client requirements.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular updates.
* Negotiate project terms, budgets, and timelines with clients.
* Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful project delivery.
* Monitor industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities.
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
* Prepare and maintain accurate records of all business development activities.

Qualifications
* Proven track record as a Business Development Executive with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of freelancing platforms, especially Upwork and Guru.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Ability to create persuasive proposals and presentations.
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
* Exceptional negotiation and networking abilities.
* Ability to manage and grow key accounts
* Experience in creating and executing business strategies that deliver results
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* An understanding of the software development lifecycle and processes is preferred

Salary = 30-40k CTC
