Role and Responsibilities
Desktop Support Analyst will have a fundamental proficiency with PC-based equipment on Windows and can provide on-site support to technical resources if needed. Performs first and second-level support for desktop support trouble tickets coordinates external IT consultant to set up new or replacement desktop computing equipment, orders warranty parts and manages to repair of desktops, laptops, and printers.
