Roles and responsibilities
Responsible for handling overall finance activities of IT staffing across all entities
Responsible for finalisation of IT staffing – 3 entities
Responsible for handling taxation – LTDS, Tax assessment, GST and other statutory payment and oversee compliance
Preparation of Annual Operating Plan and tracking of Actual Vs Plan
Responsible for managing monthly closing and MIS reporting
Responsible for DSO/ receivables and payables tracking
Responsible for handling the internal audit, Statutory audit, Quarterly Limited review and preparation of financial reports
Responsible for supporting business with business modelling and analytics
Enhance the financial processes for profitability and revenue growth.
Support process improvement initiatives to achieve financial goals.
Responsible for IT implementation relating finance & accounts
Responsible for pricing policy adherence
Responsible for handling overall financial activities of any new IT staffing acquisition
Manage finance team for the delivery of monthly targets successfully.
