Position u2013 Network Analyst
Required Experience Level u2013 2 to 5 Years
Work Location u2013 Indore/ Pune
Educational Qualification u2013 Bachelor of Engineering or Equivalent
Work Shift u2013 24.7 Rotational Shift
Primary Skills:

• Networking tools
• Cisco Routing & Switching
• L1 & L2 Network Engineer
• Must have Networking devices working knowledge such as Cisco, Juniper etc.
• Communication Skill must be good
• CCNA trained or Certified
• ITIL process mandatory knowledge like Incident, Change, Problem management etc.
• Add on CCNA, JNCIA global certifications
• Add on ITIL V3 or ITILv4 certified
• Understanding of other network technologies such as Load Balancers, Firewalls etc

About Team & Product/Project Details:

• Global Network Operations Centre
• Maintaining and troubleshooting Network Infrastructure
• Network support to payments processing, Capital Markets and Banking applications

What you will be doing:

• Rotational 24×7 shifts as per the business needs
• Initial triage and troubleshooting of network issues
• Coordination with multiple teams within the org

What you bring:

• Must have working knowledge on Networking devices such as Router, Switches etc.
• ITIL process knowledge like Incident, Change, Problem management etc.
• Basic understanding of other network technologies such as Load Balancers, Firewalls etc.
• Good communication skills and soft skills.
• Experience of Network Monitoring Tools like Spectrum, CAPC, AppNeta, Thousand Eyes etc.
• Have worked or already working as a NOC engineer.

Added bonus if you have:

• Global Certifications Such as CCNA, JNCIA or Equivalent.
• ITILv3/ITILv4 certified.
• Any other Global Certifications in Networking Domain.
